I visited the Beeston Branch of Manning Stainton just a few weeks ago to get some mortgage advice. At this point I didn't think I could even get a mortgage. However by the end of the meeting I was filled with so much confidence that I found a house and had an offer accepted the very next day.
This is all thanks to Hayley Janes. Haley assured me that I was in a great position, she also had an answer/counter to every negative questions I had. Before the meeting I read a lot on google which made me think getting a mortgage was impossible. These concerns were completely eradicated in a short meeting with Hayley. Hayley was very responsive even sending me updates on the days she wasn't working.
I was then passed over to Linda Brown for further processing. Linda was also excellent. Everything was handled smoothly and any emails or concerns are addressed promptly. I now have my mortgage offer and I'm one step away from buying my very first house. All this happened in the span of only three weeks and I can't thank the team enough.

Comment on agent fees
I actually had a mortgage broker who was willing to do this work with no expense to me and be paid solely by the lender. However I felt much more comfortable with Hayley and Linda so decided to pay the reasonable fees for their service.
