Prospective tenant beware !!!!
Their services are terrible. They only reply and act promptly when it comes to taking money from you. But they don't care about anything relates to your flat. It took them 5 months until today and they still haven't resolve some maintenance issues (the window, the switch and fridge door) at my flat. They tried to make tenants responsible to resolve and pay for all the maintenance works. ( the bath tube, switch, kitchen utilities)
They are ridiculously rude and show no respect to the tenants, especially when it comes to seeking entry to your flat(when you insist being present at the flat when they would like to enter your flat to conduct viewings and check ups, they will try to nag on you that you don't have to be there). The agent even tried to threaten me by bringing up terms in the tenancy agreement and told me to look at it carefully.
You have to reply them promptly if not they will pressure you but when you try to look for them, they will just keep you hanging for weeks.
They are the most IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL estate agents I have ever came across.
Just avoid them .

We were surprised to receive your review, especially seeing as you moved out of the property several months ago.
I will ask my head of property management to email you privately and answer any points that would be unprofessional to discuss in a public forum, but for the record I would like to point out the following:
As with all AST tenancies, responsibility for certain maintenance issues (such as changing your lightbulbs) falls upon the tenant – These are clearly detailed in our agreements and we have not deviated from these clauses.
We do not believe it to be "ridiculously rude" to say you do not have to be present at inspections, and to advise you to carefully read your tenancy agreement is certainly not "threatening".
Having conducted an internal investigation, I cannot agree or recognise the claims you make, however some of your allegations are quite serious and I would recommend that you contact one of our professional bodies such as The Property Ombudsman to take your complaint further.
