Horrific, idiocy, rip off
Words cannot describe how horrific our tenancy has been with Your Move. They're complete idiots, to the point I'm sure my pet rabbit could do a better job than them. The double book, they don't tell you someone is due to the house, they don't get anything done (the rat in the wall wasn't a matter of urgency apparently - it could have waited a week!!!!). They couldn't run a property if they tried! Our landlord has actually moved the propertt to another agency now!! The inventory man (who was double booked - shock horror!) was 100% unfair, and blatantly lied as we weren't present (because we were there at the original planned time!!) ... We have spent over £500 on the property ourselves due to their incompetency. I urge everyone to steer clear of these complete doofuses. I am now put off renting through an estate agent for life. Your Move are total rip off merchants.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
