I have already used Bernard Marcus before to let and manage one of my property. When I was looking to purchase another property, Jo and Jill (Sales manager) took me to view a selection of BTL property and gave me their professional view on each of the property we visited.
Jo is helpful and all times acts in a professional manner. She and her team always keep me informed of the letting progress. When one of the prospective tenants decided not to go ahead with the letting, Jo and her team waere able to find me another suitable tenant within a reasonable time scale. The staff team at Epsom branch is friendly and helpful.
