Paige and Petrook have been the letting agents for my property for over 20 years. As I live away from the area I used their full management service. I was always kept informed of any problems with the property, which they dealt with quickly and efficiently using highly qualified local tradesmen and with no complaints from my tenants or myself. The tenants I had were always of good quality and character: Paige and Petrook vetted them before recommending them to me. I never had any problem with any of my tenants.

Latterly, when I decided to sell the property, they recommended a local estate agent, who offered a similar sort of personal service to themselves. As the sale made its way through the sometimes tortuous legal process, Paige and Petrook answered any historic questions which arose with their usual charm and good humour, even though, officially, they weren't acting as my letting agents any more.

I cannot thank Clive and his staff, especially Kaaren and Barbara, for their work, diligence and dedication on my behalf over decades and would have no hesitation in whole-heartedly recommending Paige and Petrook, either as a landlord or as a tenant.
