LANDLORDS AVOID THIS AGENT.
As a tenant's parent of a tenant of a property lived in by my daughter (also a Landlord) I would warn landlords strongly against using this agent. They were thoroughly rude to my wife during the check-in; it was clear they would have preferred not to have had a parent present. They found it acceptable to accept money for a room so damp that it had to be provided with TWO dehumidifiers, which were not present at the time of viewing. They did not communicate any of my complaints to the landlord so that, by the time I had got hold of him through land registry, I was furious. He was charming and helpful, and dealt with our problems (presumably at the same time as paying KT for management, which they did not do)

The letting agents are extremely rude and unhelpful both when moving in and moving out.
During our tenancy we experienced problems with damp and black mould the maintenance agent blamed us as tenants for closing the curtains which apparently prevents ventilation????
