Angela, Kirsty, Phil and Ian all deserve medals for putting up with our protracted house sale, we cannot ever thank them all enough for the hard work, perseverance and patience that has seen us safely into our new home.
They all went far beyond what we could have expected, as they not only dealt with our sale but had to nurse and cajole the people we were buying from due to the fact that their agent was based online and gave no real assistance during the whole process.
Due to an unexpected turn of events close to the original point of exchange our sale took an extra six weeks, our buyers very nearly pulled out, Angela and the team used their considerable experience and powers of persuasion to put their fears at ease and saved the sale and ultimately prevented the whole chain from collapsing.
I would recommend Symonds & Reading to anyone looking to sell their property and can only assume that the same would be true for anyone buying a property in the Worthing area, you couldn't have a better team on your side.
