The entire staff of Mansell McTaggart Storrington are a credit to their industry and really do demonstrate professionalism and commitment at every step of the process; a welcome change compared to their competitors. What's also important to mention is that this branch work as a team and have complementary skills and personalities that match customer requirements. They understand their market, are realistic and candid with what can be achieved. On this occasion the lead agent was Leia, whose performance was outstanding. It was pleasing to see her in action, briefing prospective buyers exactly as we had asked and adding her own useful insights, thoughts and comments. She has a very pleasant and professional manner, is flexible and responsive, and is willing to go the extra mile when needed. Her skill and expertise were invaluable throughout, particularly at the end of a very complex proces where she confidently orchestrated matters, ensuring other agents and solicitors worked together to ensure our property exchanged and completed contracts on the date that suited all parties.
