Whatever you do, do not use this cowboy outfit. They are really terrible. We used Shaws to manage our rental property, what a mistake. Douglas is rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. When my father died the rental income formed part of his estate. Shaws didn't send out the rental invoices and refused to send duplicates.
The owner tried very hard to get us to use him as an estate agent to sell the property. When we decided to use a proper estate agent, i.e., one with staff who know what they are doing he got embittered and very angry. We are in the process of going through an ombudsmen to resolve our complaint.
Two more terrible reviews of Shaws can be found on Get An Agent, one of whom bought a property through Shaws and said they were appalling to deal with.
Do yourself a big favour and do not go with Shaws of Lowestoft because you'll regret it.

Their is no validation or either the reviewer or the review on this site. All agents are not only happy to leave reviews on their site that are from trolls but when advised of this fact do not remove them. This site is not to be trusted and if I could review it which near impossible I would struggle to give Allagents review site 1 star rating. Sep 30, 2017

Rude. Arrogant. Unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional. His landlords are definitely not his main priority, ignoring contracts and parring tenants painting all the walls in the house (badly) and leaving rubbish in the garden off as 'general wear and tear'. Would definitely not recommend this company....

Anonymous! Since 13/04/2012 we have managed your property. During this time you have not carried out any remedial work and after five and a half years of continual rental with no arrears or void periods for you to write such a poor review is simply despicable. ...

Imagine if all the whinging sensitive people out there were to report bad reviews to the police, GCHQ would be flooded with rubbish.
