Horrible!! Went to the agency on Friday and was told that they had a couple of suitable shared flats for me. The agent repeatedly told me to pay the holding fee of 500 Pounds before even looking at the flat. I requested to view the property before making any payments, but was told that that is not necessary as the property look just like on the picture. I repeatedly said that i want to see the room before deciding on whether I want it or not. The agent finally decided to go ahead with the viewing which was supposed to take place on Saturday, but never heard from the agent again. The Agent also demanded that I rent the property if I do the viewing.

Thankfully I was smart enough to not sign anything or give in on his pressure to pay 500 Pounds. I would therefore like to warn you guys against using this agency and not trust them.

Can you please name the negotiator who served you? We have 20 cars on the road, ready to take clients for viewing. What you said should not have happened. We would like to investigate this matter so can you please kindly write to [email protected] with the date of visit, and person who served you? if you don't remember the name of the person, maybe a telephone number you can find from your phone?

Been in a house where I used to pay 1083£ pound a month for nothing ! Heater and hot water was missing almost all the time I’ve been in there and for them the priority was make money and not adjust the boiler! I report that’s someone come in to the flat breaking a window in the kitchen and asked them to repair it but never done anything and I can say that 1 moths before this happened 2 people got stabbed in the building and 1 die after the stab ! They didn’t care about anything ! ...
