This agency was fantastic in helping me find the apartment and was so wicked enough to let me pay a six months upfront for a supposedly furnished apartment. This move in date arrived and after letting me pay £50 as inventory fee, the never even visited the property to find out what exactly went on after the last tenant had left. The called me up on the move in date to give me the keys and a copy of the supposed inventory and just asked me to go to the property and as per their structure report anything that doesn't correspond with the inventory to them.
I gladly took the keys, got into the property and had shock of my life. Everything in the property was garbage. Stating from smelly carpet, broken beds, torn sofa, broken shower, broken wardrobe which nearly got me injured, cooker which wasn't working and items from the last tenant which were to be disposed off.
Everything was a mess. I gave them a call and what they told me was the property is habitable and as for the things that I'm not happy with, they are just trying to get the landlord to get it sorted. It have been one month now, and my emails are still been ignored.
Going to their office time and time again hasn't yield any result.
I don't know if anyone could help me get to the right person to deal with my issue.

Very bad value for money, they don't deliver on what they charge. I believe they are racist.
