It is hard to find an estate agent that is with you all the way from the moment you get your property valued to the point of exchange/completion. Bacon's have been there the whole way with us and always helped where they can to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. From the moment you meet them, they put you at ease and being family run they understand the pressures families are under especially when it comes to organising viewings. They give regular feedback on viewings, whether positive or negative and getting hold of them by email or phone has never been an issue. Scott and Ben especially have been amazing when it came to sorting out what was happening up and down the chain, contacting solicitors and other agents involved. Although it is a team effort, as every one of the staff at Broadwater have made us feel at ease and helped us along the journey of one of the most stressful experiences you go through in life. We would most definitely recommend them. Trustworthy, honest and friendly are definitely three words which sum up Bacon's in Broadwater.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are competitive and definitely worth it. They may seem higher than some on line agents but for the peace of mind that your property is in the best of hands from start to finish, it is definitely worth the extra money. They would always chase up the chain and keep us informed the whole way. Nothing seemed to be too much.
