Possibly one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of being involved with. Although me and my partner were prospective buyers and I understand therefore Wolfs weren't acting with our best interests as we weren't the client, the sheer number of lies, the incompetence and the fact that after a sale dragged out for over half a year- in which time we had ended our tenancy as we were advised again, and again we would be in, the seller kept delaying. With all the years experience we were consistently told they had, I found it hard to believe they didn't spot signs that the seller had no intention of going through with the sale, instead they lied and were happy for us to become homeless. The promised call backs all the time, we rarely received them. The lack of professionalism, general work-etiquette and attitude was extremely disappointing. Buying a house is a stressful time, dealing with this company made it a far more stressful time.
If you want a company that is upfront, honest, polite and communicates well I would strongly recommend not approaching Wolfs.

As in the main review, the fees were good. I thought the initial fees were reasonable and less than many others we looked at and that the renewal fees were extremely good value. The terms of the contract offered were also very good and the agent was very willing to ask the Landlord about flexible terms.

This comment is rather astonishing as all repairs issues have been dealt with as swiftly as possible following the leak which was in fact an external problem with the block itself requiring an insurance claim. "Martin" who for some reason choses to use a false name lives at Bridge Street,Birmingham. What is more of a surprise is that if “Martin†was so unhappy with this flat, why then has he just extended his tenancy for a further term?†...
