A totally unprofessional service and dishonest description of my house. They did not include my epc, or floor plans and the photography was not professional as I was told it would be. I had my time wasted several times as on one occasion a viewing was cancelled 15 minutes prior due to lady not getting a lift from the office (which is a ten minute walk away), and one viewer had already viewed and I was not given any notice of this cancellation, but was told 15 after the time of the viewing. On other occasions, I was told that I had viewing requests and they would call me back to arrange and they didn't.
Comment on agent fees
These agents are not worth their fees at all! They charge £4800, and give a totally unprofessional service.

I have already tried going through the branch manager and the area manager. The branch manager gave me his private mobile number to arrange a meeting, and then when I text to arrange this over the weekend, he didn't respond. On the Monday I asked for it to be esculated to the area manager and just got a call from the branch manager, who said his fianc©e also moans about his not responding to his texts. He did not have any suggestions as to how he could compensate for the poor service I had received. I have not heard back from the area manager. The branch manager has e-mailed me requesting that I put my complaint in an e-mail, but I have yet to do this and see no point as I feel he has had plenty opportunity to resolve things from the time I asked for my dishonest description of my property to be removed from rightmove. I requested that my property be removed from the market with Haart and have received an e-mail to confirm that this has been done. Jul 31, 2017
