Lorraine sold our house within 6 days and we got a great price. We really appreciated the fact that she doesn't just keep normal office hours - she was available evenings and weekends and kept us up-to-date with any developments. She works hard to get to know her clients and prospective buyers. Her fees are easy to understand and very reasonable. We also liked the fact that she knows the local market inside out. I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.
