I contacted Lorraine after a recommendation from my friend and Lorraine came over to discuss and make positive suggestions and go over her terms and conditions which we were happy with. Lorraine took photos and compiled the brochure arranged the home report. She did all the viewings and had an offer we were happy to accept within three weeks.

Her fees included the home report which will be paid now the house is sold as agreed
