Terrible experience. As a landlord I paid them to manage a property. Over two years there have been several problems including them trying to sell me services I 'legally required' (I didn't). They subsequently failed to send me the leaving survey when the tenant left and I had to chase it for 2 weeks. Turned out there was damage from pets (specifically not allowed in my contract) and the place needed to be treated for fleas so was unrentable. I was passed on to numerous people but they did not communicate at all or get cleaning done for weeks on end and have totally failed to follow up on my complaint despite frequent requests. I have since sent a mail to their CEO Alison Platt ([email protected]) and I doubt I will hear anything from her either. Unless you like being treated with contempt, don't go to them. Get a different agent or manage it yourself, it's just time and money down the drain
