Incompetent beyond belief! Simpsons were in the process of evicting a tenant on a property they manage for me and served the first section 21 notice. Once I received this I forwarded to my solicitor to check who confirmed that it was worded correctly and was missing information. I immediately told Simpsons and Partners who said they would look into it for us and after being told numerous times by many different members of staff that it would be fine and the solicitor is wrong, we get a phone call a full 10 days letter to say they have just served a new notice (without our permission) implying they are doing us a favour! This has now delayed the process a full 10 days because they got the paper work wrong! This isn't the only problem in our dealings with Simpsons and Partners but really is the final straw! I would like a member of senior management to contact me immediately as I have lost all confidence in the Thrapston branch.

The fees would be OK if the actual service was up to the mark. Little failings that staff didn't learn from built up to a level of discontent that just became overwhelming.

Very true, I have same even worst experience they don't care once deal is secured and don't bother by saying that they don't care for buyer as they earn money from seller. Bull shit won't advise to buy or sell any thing through them ...
