Both Dee and Archie were very polite, helpful and friendly at all times. When I went into the office and explained what I was looking for, Dee listened attentively, and the second property she found was the one that fitted the bill perfectly - because she was careful to match the property to what I was seeking. Archie showed me the properties, was very patient, and also helped me through the tricky referencing process very ably. Overall, I could not fault the service, and that included any other staff I dealt with in the office
