Moreland handled both our sale and coincidentally our purchase as well. It took longer than they had initially anticipated for us to get an offer on our place (over 3 months, rather than 8 weeks). When we did get an offer, it was on the lower end of their estimate. However, when the buyer was being difficult and their solicitor was inefficient, Moreland stepped up to make the sale go through. They were in regular contact with us, our solicitor, the buyer and the buyer's solicitor. They also kept our sellers informed of the difficulties to keep them from walking away. They kept the pressure on the buyer and made sure both the sale and purchase went through.
