The above is simply untrue. You moved in in 2015. and you have just moved out. If the property was so appaliing why did you stay. Our service is excellent and what a surprise you are now grumbling as you left the property in a disgusting state. Fridge freezer food left in, oven filthy all the kitchen cupboards were filthy, personal items left in the bathroom. The property was extremely clean when you and your freind moved in. You even stayed on when your friend moved out. Now we have had to have the property cleaned you are now complaining. What a surprise. I find the title of your report offensive and obviously you dont understand that when you vacate a property you need to clean it. As for your repairs we would never leave anybody with gas leaks as this is very serious! unfortunately you come across as though there is sour grapes due to the fact we have had to have the property cleaned. When you first moved into the property it was a let only property which meant you dealt with the Landlord directly re repairs rent payments etc. We then started to manage the property at a later date whent the landlord passed away.
