NMR Lettings provided us with a very high overall level of service. From our initial telephone enquiry, right through to signing for the keys, Nathan was very personable, easy to work with and always on the end of the phone when needed. Nothing was needlessly complicated (like some agencies), and there was no War & Peace contract with endless restrictions (like my former agents). If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be to say that we were occasionally left wondering what was happening with our application, and more timely updates would have helped reassure us. However I have no hesitation in recommending NMR Lettings
Comment on agent fees
Excellent. In this age of ridiculously over-inflated Agents Fees (50% of one months rent is typical in this region and is a blatant money-making joke - fees should be the same regardless of the property) it was refreshing to discover that NMR charge a simple flat rate fee. We actually had to check that it wasn't a misprint and it helped make the decision even easier to make

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
