I was a tenant with this agency from 2016-2017 and overall, it was the best experience I've ever had. Although there were the normal issues with having things in the flat malfunction (lightbulbs, washing machine, etc.) my requests for these to be fixed were attended to very quickly. If repair services took too long to arrange a meeting/fixing session, Ace Property were more than willing to chase them up for us and have our issues taken care of as quickly as possible. Staff were always willing to talk to us either by phone or email, and the office's convenient location near the flat made it easy to pop by if I preferred to talk to someone face-to-face.
I think the singular best moment of the agency's service was at the end, when both I and my flatmate moved out. Although we had paid for third-party cleaning services to make the flat presentable for incoming tenants, they did not clean properly and both my flatmate and I were either too busy moving out to be able to check properly or out of the country. Upon receiving correspondence that the flat had not been cleaned properly, we emailed an invoice of the cleaning services to Ace Property to prove that we had at least /tried/ to have it cleaned. Ace Property staff promptly chased up the cleaners for us and made them clean the property properly, at no additional cost. I was extremely impressed with their efficiency and persistence and would recommend this agency to any of my friends!

It is with real regret that we find ourselves in a position where we are left with no option but to robustly respond to comments that have been posted online.

I presume this is a tenant of ACE Property in a property on Lauriston Place. This may even be the boyfriend of a tenant that is not on the lease that tried to tell one of my team members how to do their job on Friday 31st August.
