We chose Village Estates from our experience of buying a few years ago, although our offer wasn't accepted on this particular property we were so impressed with their professionalism that I said at the time if we ever sell in the future I want to use them. A few years later and that's exactly the position we were in, I knew that those viewing our property as potential buyers would have a good experience through Village Estates and that was incredibly valuable to us. We were gutted that the property we were buying was through a different (online) estate agent as our experience there was incomparable.
Whilst we did pay more in fees then we might have by going through an online estate agent we are confident that we got value for money in the services we received from Village Estates. For the time they saved us, the pressure they relieved from us and the experience they gave our buyers.
It's difficult to pick out only 2 staff members as we had interactions with the whole team who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. However the majority of our interactions were with Brett & Liz. Brett is friendly, approachable and professional, from the moment we first made contact with Village Estates he was keen to help but did not apply pressure like many others we spoke to. Liz was friendly and very proactive in progressing our sale, always on hand to answer any questions and constantly in touch with all parties involved. I never had to do any chasing (even when she was on holiday!)
We cannot recommend Village Estates enough and know we will be using them again in the future.
