We'd highly recommend buying from Village Estates (Sidcup). Charlie was really proactive in sourcing us a suitable property and very helpful in answering all our questions as first time buyers. When the chain broke down and it was clear the purchase process was going to drag on a while, both Charlie and Liz made sure we were reassured and kept us informed throughout about developments as they arose. We found them both to be very attentive and Liz was especially good at chasing up our often slow solicitors. We can't thank them enough for their support and we're now very happy to be settling into our new home.
