We Francis and Pam would like to thank you for all the work you put in to finding a buyer for our home. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Billy, Frazier, Debbie, Abby, Kara and Ian. Please forgive us if we have left anyone out.
The attention our home received from your staff was just so good. They were pleasant, kind and so friendly and always did their best. We would like to thank Ian for all the hours he spent showing people around.
The one person we would like to say a big thank you to is Angie Powell - Angie was always at the end of the phone for us. Ready to help and give advise. She worked so hard and did all the chasing for us to make sure everything went well. This was a very difficult and frustrating sale but Angie was there helping all the way. She chased the solicitors and the buyers for information and always kept us informed as to what was happening. We could always count on Angie doing her best. She was always polite and very kind even when we were sounding frustrated and angry - A VERY BIG THANK YOU ANGIE for all the work you did to get this sale through.
To you the management we would say you are so lucky and fortunate to have staff like those mentioned and we hope they will be rewarded for the work they did to help us sell our property.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
