I have both sold and purchased through Symonds & Sampson in Bridport (July 2017) and I would thoroughly recommend them.
My property was hard to sell because it was 3 storey with very steep stairs for which there was no fix, but Steve came up with some excellent ideas to help me present the house at its best. Daniel and all the team were very efficient, always followed up viewings and he was a great support. Calls were always returned.
Daniel especially helped me find my new home and when the solicitors on all sides were a little weak and petty, he was level headed and helped me find my way through.
I noticed a marked difference for the better after the arrival in the Bridport office of Steve and then Daniel, so if you read a historic bad review, ignore it!

Excellent Service. All the staff that dealt with my Sale, where patient helpful and very knowledgeable.
The experience I had selling my house would have been a lot more stressful if it had not been for Steve and his staff. I cant thank them enough....
