I cannot thank the team in Tonbridge enough, they were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole experience from when I first started viewing houses, to completion on the house I'm buying today :)

They even gave me lots of tips about the local area because I wasn't very familiar with it, and really put effort into understanding - and remembering - my requirements.

Despite the fact my budget was quite low, I always felt like a valued customer and that they really wanted me to find the right house. Such a difference to all the other estate agents in the area.

Literally everyone I have had contact with there has been fantastic, I couldn't have asked for a better service or more practical support. Once I'd found a house, the sales progressor Ashley was also an absolute gem.

I'm not an easy person to please, and I almost never leave reviews online, but Wards are exceptional.
