Ryan and the service from his team in letting our property was excellent, they sourced a prospective tenant within a day of marketing and moved swiftly in getting references checked. Friendly, polite and a real can do determined attitude in both winning business and securing an excellent tenant for our property.
In terms of onward property management, in an ideal world I would prefer one single point of contact at Beresfords, there is quite a large team and it would be easier for a landlord to have an allocated account handler.

I just wanted to thank you for leaving your recent reviewa and I'm pleased that you have been happy with the level of service provided by our lettings team at Braintree. I just wanted to respond to your comments about having one point of contact. Most of our
'front facing ' lettings Negotiators spend a large amount of their working day out of the office working face to face with either landlords and tenants. So rather than clients having to call our office to speak with them and wait for a response we would rather they have immediate access to one of our Poperty Managers who can take care of any issues which may arise. They dont leave the office so are always on hand and this set up proves popoluar with the large majority of our customers. Of course Ryan and any other member of his team always respond to messages but if they are out of the office this cannot always be straight away, In your particular case the dedicated Property Manager is Michelle Kent. If you have not yet had any dealings with her please let me know and I will make sure she gets in touch to introduce herself.
