When purchasing a property i put my trust in the connells advisor jeremy roderick who advised me to put £1000 a side for solicitors fees and used the solicitors he told me to use.i ended up paying out £2900 in fees.when i disputed the advice given to me by jeremy to himself and connells customer service i was basically told to accept it and the best that i have been offered is a meeting with jeremy and another connells employee.whilst i was paying out more money then expected i had jeremy often contacting me and pushing me into signing upto a will,no doubt to line his own pockets from commission he would posdibly recieve.dont make the same mistake i did and be to trusting

Jody has provided an excellent level of service to both me and our tenant recently. She liaised efficiently with the tenant to rectify a small but significant problem that arose with the flat.
