Bacon & Co were not our agents but our seller's agents. It turned out to be a lengthy process but Tobie in particular kept us informed and in the loop each time something else came up to delay proceedings. He went out of his way to iron out problems and gave us confidence that everything would turn out ok in the end. Without his help our purchase would possibly not have gone on to completion. Jenny and Samantha also deserve a mention as they were very helpful when we met them at the start of negotiations.
