They were commissioned to repossess my house by Santander and when I got my property back, all my staff was piled up on my bed and most of my kitchen goods, bathroom goods, very expensive perfumes, most of the things in my kitchen cupboard were missing. They are breaking into my house when i am abroad and now claiming that they hadn't seen the items missing!! I am 100% sure because I couldn't be taking these items while I am abroad and they are totally turning blind eye on the theft. However i will take this case up to court, Definitely!

The building we live in is managed by CountryWide and we have found the staff at the Hemel Hempstead branch very helpful and prompt to respond to problems. On some occasions problems with the property were resolved within 24 hours of the initial report.

Although our agent fees are high I believe they are well used. Our building is well maintained. The gardens, the outside of the building, gutters, bins etc are all cleaned like clock work. Recently I spoke to Amanda and she said we have some money over this year and she is looking into using it to have our interior decorated. Cannot fault her efforts
