We lived in Loves Close for over 6 years and for most of that time Peter was the contact for any property issues and the regular property inspections.
I always found Peter to be courteous and professional and very even handed in his handling of issues and in the regular inspections.
As far as I'm concerned Peter has provided exactly the level of service I would expect from a lettings management company.

Comment on agent fees
As a tenant I have to say that it is disappointing that Davis Tate haven't taken a lead in ending tenant fees as suggested in the last government autumn statement calling for consultation. But then I would say that wouldn't I!
