Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback. Great to hear that you have been happy with the level of service provided by Jo at Witham. The reason why there is a charge made a renewal is that our staff have to liaise between both landlord and tenants, renegotiate terms and then once agreed prepare revised documentation. Not all renewals are re-negotiated instantly and there can be ongoing communications over a number of weeks until evrything has been concluded satisfactorily. Unfortunately it would not prove finacially viable to undertake this work free of charge but we do try and keep costs at a level where they merely cover the time spent by our staff when dealing with all the related tasks. I hope that helps explain the position from our end in a little more detail.
