I was really happy with Davis Tate, they offered a really good commission rate and I felt like there was no 'telling me what I wanted to hear' just to get the instruction.
Amanda and Andy were both brilliant all the way through my sale, which was made increasingly difficult by my buyer, Andy kept him calm even though he was very highly strung, and also quite happy to listen to my ranting about the difficulties on a daily basis when nearing completion! Amanda was fab, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, always time to talk. I honestly think their support really helped me through the process. I would highly recommend Davis Tate in Didcot, I did not feel like I was getting the usual typical Estate Agent, they were great!

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
