The service we have had from Auction House West Yorkshire, in particular James Pank, has been absolutely brilliant. James has been completely professional from start to finish. Everything has been done exactly how and when he advised it would be by either himself or his staff, and I have no hesitation in recommending both him and the auction method of selling. Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
