I've been letting my flat through Davis Tate for the last 2 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. After initially dealing with Charlie Hill nearly 4 years ago for a valuation (that didn't lead to any business for them as I decided not to sell) the opportunity arose to rent my flat out when I moved overseas. Due to the effort that Charlie had put in before, my first choice was Davis Tate. My flat was rented out quickly and the whole process was managed incredibly smoothly. For the last few years my property has been managed by Jane Matthews and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any query is responded to immediately (even sometimes in the middle of the night) and I'm constantly kept up to date with what's going on with my property. Even with some difficult tenants, Jane has managed the situation with skill and made sure that that the 'check out' process was followed to the book and that any damage etc. has been accounted for.
Just to add, the reason my tenants are 'checking out' is because I have recently sold my property through Davis Tate as well. Again, the service from Charlie Hill and James Harrison was top notch and I'm very happy with the outcome! Overall I cannot recommend Davis Tate highly enough and that's for both letting and sales!
