A big thank you to Chris Jackson for his advice and guidance in auctioning our property. Having never been involved in buying or selling a house before I didn't know where to start. Chris was very helpful and courteous. The auction was exciting and achieved a very positive result, well over the guide price. Thank you also to Rachel for keeping me informed about the interested investors .

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
