Mike was a fabulous first point of contact and priced the property superbly well. I decided to get three valuations, his was the highest but it was a price he quickly achieved. I decided on his valuation not because it was the highest but because he seemed most keen to get on with the work.
Sandra managed the process so professionally from when the offer was accepted to our exchange. She has the grace and lightness of touch that comes from experience. She made the complex seem straightforward.

Fees were very fair and less than that quoted by other agents in the area.
