As an overseas landlord and first time landlord I was not sure what to expect from Davis Tate who manage my property in Shinfield on a fully managed basis. However 4 years after I first started using them I have to say that the overall service is excellent and Peter Steer is excellent. I am fully informed about things that need to be addressed, the visits are well documented and things get done quickly. I really have confidence and peace of mind with Peter and Davis Tate. I also have another property in Maidenhead and use a different lettings agency. It is a big U.K. wide chain and frankly the service I get for the same money with them is awful compared to Davis Tate and this experience has made me appreciate Davis Tate and in particular Peter more. I will be switching as soon as the current lease is up.
