Been treat absolutely disgustingly for 2 months using these agents. Problem after problem and nothing resolved, being told a house is fit to live in even though there's no windows you can open and a hole in the ceilings. However we knew we had to fight for it to be seen and even told by an environmental health inspector how unfit the home was! I mean who would live in a house with no windows that you couldn't physically open?
Or a hole in the ceiling? My first time renting and I have definitely been put off, oh and also treat young adults with no respect. I would definitely not be using these agents again and let my close friends and family be warned too. Due to unfit living conditions and having to stay with parents we have been broken physically, emotionally and financially with basically just a short stay place to go and having to get another house, deposit is still to be known. We left the house in better condition than when we moved in. Hope nobody else gets treat like that as I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
