Listed a property almost 2 months before its scheduled to get empty. Called numerous time to make an appointment to view and always they took my number and never called. Finally, this week, property is vacant and can see some other agency took it over, still made a call and the same reply though its not their property anymore. If you are the owner, please find some other agency so that you can have your tenant early and potential tenant can find their home without wasting their time.

When trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this ...
