What can I say? Nothing other than this company go far and away beyond any other agents we have used in the past, and we have used quite a few. OK so I lied, I can say a lot more! Their communication on current events and proceedings are second to none. Even if you call and speak to someone other than the agents working on your sale, all information is at their fingertips. They even knew what was happening at our conveyancers before we had any contact from them. We had several buyers for our property and due to no fault of F & Cs or our own, all of these buyers fell by the wayside. On putting our property back on the market it always 'sold' again extremely quickly, once inside 1 hour! All of the staff we had dealings with who cant be included in the above rating, Julie and Lauren, were all enthusiastic, positive (even though sometimes I wasn't when phoning them) and extremely patient. At the moment we do not require another property but if and when we do, we will without a doubt contact F&C in whichever area we are looking, to find us a new home. I had no qualms about recommending this company and especially this branch to all of our friends and business clients and associates when we were asked how our sale was proceeding. When we had our property valued we were told by our daughter to try them. She had not used them but was impressed by the type of houses that she had seen their boards outside. We did and never regretted it. The brochure that was done for our property was superb and the description was perfect. I just have to finish by saying, Thank you all, you couldn't have done it any better.
