From start to finish we received excellent service from the Wheelers team. Joe visited to value my property prior to putting it on the market and we were impressed with his local knowledge, professionalism and that he spent time building a relationship with us rather than rushing through to get business. He's a very personable man and that is an asset for both buyers and sellers. The brochure for the flat was attractive and realistic. We had a buyer quickly and the sale progressed. At every stage Joe and Alison [and Ronnie] kept in touch with us and the buyers, answered all calls and queries quickly and efficiently. The team have a very human, down to earth touch and that makes a huge difference in what is an important and stressful time in your life. Through no fault of Wheelers our sale took longer than expected [legal issues outside our control]. They were also happy to do what they could to speed the process on and keep the solicitors on track. Their calm and competent manner was appreciated when things felt stressful and they made the whole process much easier than it might have been. I am sure they are just as good with properties outside Hanover but Joe's knowledge of the local area is an asset. I really couldn't be happier using Wheelers and would highly recommend them to any potential sellers and buyers.
