In my experience of dealing with 'professional' companies I have never dealt with such an incompetent, deceitful, uncommunicative set of idiots. I trusted them with letting my property whilst I spent a trip of a lifetime travelling overseas.
Sadly, at least once a month of my 18 months away I had to contact them with various issues.
Despite many emails they continued to get the address wrong for my parents who were dealing with correspondence whilst I was away. They completely misinformed me on the renewal fee for extending a contract, they carried out non mandatory electricity checks and repairs and charged me without even contacting me, my contact and the office she was based in was closed halfway through the contract and nobody told me until I got an out of office email from them and I had to sit online all day in India and make expensive phone calls to the UK to try and find out who my new contact was. The person who they employed to carry out an independent inventory mistook a steamer for a microwave and an mdf table for solid oak and failed to recognise how filthy the tenants had made my flat by the end of the contract. Despite moving back in to my property in March and telling them 11 times that I needed all correspondance to now come to my address they are still sending it all to my parents. I have asked for a contact who can deal with my complaints and they have completely ignored my email. I am at my wits end with them and would recommend that you stay clear of this totally untrustworthy organisation.
