I had a problem with my door,the lock was broke on Sunday..and had to sleep with the door not locked all night. I rang up Wendy powell@ chelmsford office in a panick, first thing mon, she managed to sort this out and I had a new lock by 10.30 mon morn, I was so impressed, in fact if ever I do have any problems she always sorts it out, and I'm always in the loop with either call back/ emails cannot praise this office enough. :))) dawn jones@ chaplaincy gardens
