My wife & I were looking for a mortgage, for a prospective new property and were advised to have an initial "informal" chat with David Lewis.
During our initial conversation, David made us feel very relaxed and went through all the options in great detail.
Therefore, once we had secured our next purchase, we did not hesitate in a "follow-up" chat with David.
David arranged for all the necessary surveys etc & understood our position that we would remain in rented, while work was carried out on the new property, even to the extent of setting up the best repayment options, as our funds would be stretched on rental & repayment.
We would not hesitate in recommending David, or the Bradley's Team
