Julie was a great help throughout my very first flat purchase - she has fantastic attention to detail, is really quick to respond and kept me regularly updated. As a first time buyer I was and unsure of the process and she patiently answered my many questions and helped me through step by step. She was always clear and quick in communications which I really appreciated, and this helped me feel confident that all was in hand throughout the whole process despite several unforeseen delays.
