DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
i PURCHASED THE PROPERTY from them in April - still going through post sale issue and they are negligent, forceful and unhelpful. They forced me to use a solicitor saying my offer wouldn't be accepted if I didn't - only for me to find out this is illegal (blackmail) that has been unable to register me with the managing agent 3 months down the line.
Premier Property Lawyers are the worst conveyancing in the whole of UK and R* and her team were only responsive until completion. Afterwards, they choose to ignore the ongoing issues and the fact that I am not yet the legal owner since they did not get the seller to pay the outstanding sums of ground rent prior to completion.

Haart is not good at all, if you have house or flat for rent don't use haart.

Due to GDPR i can only tell you so much with regard to my transaction, i appreciate you are not happy with your current agent who agreed the sale of your home (not me) however THAT is who should be updating you. I tried to explain, my client was breaking the chain and not related to your sale. I understand your frustration, however you should direct it at your current agent who you employed to find you a buyer and keep you updated. Our client was selling chain free.
