My experience with Pacitti Jones was very positive. I obtained quotes and valuations from other agents but decided to go with pacitti jones as they had recent experience if selling in the area, advertised on all the relevant websites rather than just some. Keith Rarity visited our property and provided a favourable valuation and a stepped fee structure was proposed which i felt gavr the agent incentive to achieve a higher sale price. The final sale price exceeded the home report value by 10k, which was perhaps to be expected in such a buoyant market but nonetheless Lisa and occasionally Susan dealt with all aspects of our sale admirably. Viewings were very efficiently co-ordinated to our preferences and communication was frequent and reassuring. We had over a dozen viewings and 5 official notes of interest before announcing a closing date in a matter of days.
Comment on agent fees
The agents fees were around the average when compared to other high street agents in the area. Significantly cheaper than some if the bigger national chains and slightly more expensive than some if the smaller local firms.
